Service Description

Personal Training or Yoga Personal Training is unique to every client. After an evaluation, I will recommend a program that includes 2-day or weekly sessions with me. Your commitment to Personal Training is based on whether you are exercising to improve your overall health and wellness or if you have a more specific fitness training goal. Membership includes other perks such as reserving your weekly session times, accountability and setting up SMART Goals. Choose this plan if you have an event, weight loss or just need to block your weekly times.


Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend your session you must reschedule more than 24 hours in advance to keep your credit. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance, no credit or refund will be given.
